There are supportive tools we can use on the road to healing. These include Yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation, right diet, journal work, and health counseling.
Autoimmunity is a tricky beast. When you don’t understand your own body or why it seems to be breaking down, it can be scary and overwhelming.
Those feelings are normal. You’re not alone in them; even though it sometimes seems that way.
A cancer diagnosis has a clear path of treatment, as painful as it is.
Autoimmunity often has no such clear path.
Sometimes in life, we must forge our own way through dense foliage in order to find the meadow. Once you battle your way through the thicket, you will find yourself in a beautiful meadow with light shining and music playing.
At least, that’s how it felt for me.
