Take a moment. Close your eyes, and visualize the you with clear skin, strong digestion, steady energy. Picture her clearly.
Now open your eyes, grab your journal and answer the question:
What would this person say to me, if she could?
It’s like your future, healed self talking to you. What does she say?
Set down your worries. There is a path to feeling better. Your journey will contain moments of calm, moments where you know your body is healing.
It will contain moments of feeling energized like you haven’t in a long time.

When I quit gluten 9 years ago, I quickly realized that making that decision mentally was powerful.
After suffering for so long with no real answers on how to heal, when I learned the potential impact that quitting gluten could have, I felt empowered.
Finally, something I could do about the whole Hashimoto’s nightmare.
Deciding to quit, then sticking with it, has been one of the most empowering elements of my life.
I truly feel healthy, at 48 years old. Obviously, that’s not 100 percent from quitting gluten. Lifestyle healing is like a rainbow with many colors, all of them creating the magic.
Another empowering thing is that I know I can sustain this for decades to come, because lifestyle healing practices work.
